The ten highest-paid NBA players will collectively earn $751 million in salary and off-court earnings for the 22-23 season, which is an increase of 122 percent from ten years ago.
LeBron James leads the way at $124.5 million. Only ten active athletes have surpassed $100 million in pretax earnings in a single year, according to Forbes estimates, and James is one of just five to have done so in a team sport.
The top-10 NBA earners will make an estimated $330 million off the court compared to $208 million for soccer players, $120 million for NFL players and $15 million for MLB and NHL.
