Taurean Prince is slated to make his return for the Minnesota Timberwolves this Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Prince has been shelved by the Timberwolves since Nov. 23 as he took time to heal from a shoulder injury. He missed 20-straight games and is now set to break the absence skid.
This season, Prince is averaging 7.9 points, 2.5 boards, 1.2 assists in 49.5 minutes per game. He is a trusted backup rotational wing for head coach Chris Finch.
The veteran previously inked a 2-year, $16 million extension with Minnesota last offseason.
