The NBA has fined the Phoenix Suns $25,000 for violating the NBA’s injury report rules. The NBA ruled that Phoenix did not disclose Devin Booker’s participation status in an accurate and timely manner prior to Game 6 against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Booker returned to the lineup for Game 6 after missing the previous three games due to a hamstring strain. The Suns closed out their first round series against the Pelicans in Game 6, with Booker scoring 13 points on 5-of-12 shooting.
