Suns Concerned Kevin Durant Suffered Grade 2 Ankle Sprain, MRI Scheduled For Thursday

There is concern within the Phoenix Suns organization that Kevin Durant suffered a grade 2 ankle sprain on Wednesday night, according to Greg Moore of Arizona Republic.

A grade 2 sprain would keep Durant out for 4-6 weeks. The Suns’ regular season finale is on April 9.

Durant suffered the injury after slipping and turning the ankle during warmups ahead of what would have been his home debut.

Durant is scheduled for an MRI on Thursday.
