Warriors guard Steph Curry has been known to keep himself in shape, but he went to new levels when he was in Dubai this week.
The 35-year-old is entering his 15th season in the NBA and is looking as fit as ever.
His off-court work and especially the efforts he puts in during the offseason clearly help with his stamina during long NBA seasons.
It’s is a big part of why his work rate shows no signs of slowing down.
Performance trainer Carl Bergstrom posted a video Tuesday on his Instagram that shows Curry giving it his all on the sand dunes of Dubai.

Curry is on vacation in Dubai, but has certainly kept himself busy.
The prolific three-point shooter also had a hit of golf while he was there.

Another sport he just happens to be freakishly good at.
During the 2022-23 season, Steph traveled an average of 1.48 miles per game while on offense, which was the eighth longest distance in the entire NBA.
Crazily, the other players in the top ten have an average age of 24 years old, while Steph turned 35 during the season in March.
Speaking on Gil’s Arena in August, Curry spoke about playing NBA into his 40s.
“I never imagined myself being the 40-plus dude, trying to hold on for dear life,” Curry said. “But who knows what my body will look like and feel like at that point?. I got three years left on my deal including this year, so at least that and then kinda figure it out from there.
“I don’t really put too much of a timeline outside of my contract now, just knowing that would get me to 38 and 17 years in the NBA. Sheesh, just give me that! Just give me that. I ain’t skippin’ to go play golf just yet.”
