At this point, the only question is, who is the second-best shooter in NBA history after the Golden State Warriors’ Steph Curry.
Curry dropped 49 points, including ten 3-pointers, on the Philadelphia 76ers last night in a 106-97 victory.
The feat marked the fifth 40-point game and the eleventh straight 30-point plus game for the three-time NBA champion this month and shot him past two of the greatest players to step onto the hardwood; Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.
Curry became the first NBA player over the age of 33 to hit 30-plus points in eleven games passing soon-to-be Hall of Famer Kobe Bryant, and he passed Michael Jordan for the most 40-point games in a month by a player 33-years-old or older.
With 49 PTS tonight, Stephen Curry becomes the first player in NBA history age 33 or older with 11 straight 30+ point games.

But Curry told reporters after the game, he’s not paying attention to records.
“You don’t put too much pressure on yourself; you just play basketball.”
Many of Curry’s shots came against his younger brother Seth.
“He came out with that look and got one right in my face from the wing,” said Steph. “I always love the opportunity to play [Seth].
The Warriors are playing good enough to be in ninth place in the Western Conference, going 6-4 in their last ten games.
But, while his team fights for a playoff spot, Curry has lit up the scoreboard the past five contests with career-making numbers.
Chef Curry has served up 46 threes in the past five games, an NBA record.
49 Points and 10 Threes against the Sixers
47 Points and 11 Threes against the Celtics
33 Points and 4 Threes against the Cavaliers
42 Points and 11 Threes against the Thunder
53 Points and 10 Threes against the Nuggets
“It’s special at this stage in your career and trying to sustain that level of play,” Curry said in regards to his performance.
Curry will try to continue his streak Wednesday against the Washington Wizards.
