The Philadelphia 76ers have waived Ricky Council IV from his two-way contract. The team also waived David Duke Jr., who was signed to a non-guaranteed training camp contract.
Philadelphia still needs to waive two players from standard contracts. The team also now has an open two-way roster spot.
