Patrick Beverley will not face criminal charges for an incident during Game 6 of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs between the Pacers and Bucks.
Mike Vorkunov and Shams Charania of The Athletic reported Thursday that a Marion County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman confirmed this. The Indianapolis Police investigated Beverley’s interaction with a fan on May 8, after a May 2 game where Indiana eliminated Milwaukee from the playoffs.
The prosecutor’s office reviewed the case and has closed it.
