Olympiacos Piraeus announced on Wednesday the addition of forward Quincy Acy until the end of the current season. Acy (2.01 meters, 31 years old) last played with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv in 2019-20. In the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague he averaged 4.8 points and 3.5 rebounds in 27 games, 19 of them as a starter for Maccabi. He also won the Israeli League title that year. He made his pro debut in 2012 with the Toronto Raptors in the NBA, and went on to play also in Sacramento, New York, Dallas, Brooklyn and Phoenix, and also a few stints in he D-League until 2019. That year, Acy left the United States for the first time and went to play to China with the Shenzhen Leopards and that same summer he joined Maccabi.
