The Oklahoma City Thunder have released forward Usman Garuba, as he is getting ready to participate in the upcoming FIBA World Cup with the Spanish national team.
Garuba was chosen as the 23rd overall pick by the Houston Rockets during the 2021 NBA Draft, being among the four players selected in the first round for the team.
