The Denver Nuggets are finalizing a trade that will send Bol Bol to the Detroit Pistons for Rodney McGruder and a second-round pick, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Bol, 22, was projected to be a lottery pick in the 2019 NBA Draft coming out of Oregon – but fell to the second round where he was selected 44th overall.
In 53 games with the Nuggets, Bol averaged 2.7 points and 1.2 rebounds on 48% shooting from the field and 38% shooting from three.
Bol only played 6.2 minutes per game with the Nuggets; Wojnarowski reports that he’ll be given a bigger opportunity in Detroit.
McGruder, 30, has career averages of 5.6 points and 2.9 rebounds on 42% shooting from the field and 34% shooting from three.
The Pistons will happily take a flier on the high-potential Bol considering they have the second worst record in the League.
