While speaking on ESPN’s NBA Countdown on Friday night, Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Los Angeles Lakers are active in trade talks. However, don’t expect any blockbuster moves.
“I don’t think there’s any ‘big big’ deals for the Lakers out there, but I do think they’re going to be active around the edges to try to improve this team,” Wojnarowski said.
The Lakers, and other teams, have had interest in players like Bojan Bogdanovic, but have found the asking price too high. With so few sellers on the trade market, the Detroit Pistons have set an asking price of two first-round picks for Bogdanovic. Over the next week or so, trade talks are expected to pick up more around the NBA, according to Wojnarowski.
