Nikola Jokic stated that the Minnesota Timberwolves were built to beat the Denver Nuggets after their Game 7 loss.
The Timberwolves ended the Nuggets’ title defense with a 98-90 victory, advancing to the Western Conference finals.
Jokic’s 34 points and 19 rebounds weren’t enough as no other Denver players, besides Jamal Murray (35 points) scored in double figures.
“Yes,” Jokic was asked if he thinks that a new rivalry could develop between the Nuggets and Timberwolves.
