Miami Heat forward Markieff Morris returned to action after a four-month absence. He was out with a whiplash injury which was caused by Nikola Jokic who shoved Morris during a game back in November.
Inevitably, the topic of the scuffle with the reigning NBA MVP came up after Morris’ return. According to him, he never communicated with the Serbian center and does not want to have anything to do with him.
“F*ck, no, I don’t want to hear from him. He did what he did. It is what it is,” Morris responded to a question if he heard from Jokic during these four months off, per Ira Winderman.
Morris played 17 minutes on his returned and scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
