“I don’t wanna say overlooked,” Kidd, who crossed over with Jordan for six seasons in his early playing years, told The Athletic. “Ant’s good. Ant’s future is extremely bright. But when you look at Luka’s body of work, the only complaint everybody talks about is his fussing and his conversations with the referees. I mean, all the great ones talked to the referees. Some did it better. Some do it where everybody can see it. “But when you look at his game, I don’t know what you can nitpick about. He can post up. He can pass. He has this fire that I think sometimes can be taken out of context. It’s just understanding that he wants to win. He’s not scared of nobody, and sometimes that can scare people.” -via New York Times / May 25, 2024
