The Lakers have team options for three players, namely Austin Reaves, Stanley Johnson and Wenyen Gabriel, but the team is yet to decide on whether to exercise them, according general manager Rob Pelinka.
“What I’ll say is that all three of those guys have been in the building working really really hard and we like what we see,” the Lakers executive said. “We haven’t made final decisions and of course there can be transactions that happen as we head into free agency.
“So, I don’t want to predict with certainty what the decision on all three of those players will be. But we feel really positive about all three of those guys and it’s been great to have them in the building with Darvin [Ham] and his staff working hard. We’ve seen growth even over the last month, month and a half.”
