The Los Angeles Lakers have added five new players via free agency, but Rob Pelinka isn’t done upgraded the roster yet. The Lakers are still looking to add more shooting to the roster.
Targets for Los Angeles reportedly include Eric Gordon of the Houston Rockets and Buddy Hield of the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers almost traded for Hield last offseason, but instead traded for Russell Westbrook.
The Lakers are also still linked to trading for Kyrie Irving, but things have yet to advance on that front. But Pelinka is still looking at other moves, even beyond an Irving trade.
“We’re still not done,” Pelinka said. “We still have more work to do.”
