Kyrie Irving is on the verge of parting ways with the Brooklyn Nets, according to Shams Charania. The options for Irving include an opt-in and trade, a sign-and-trade, or an opt-out and departure in free agency.
“Kyrie Irving, it appears, is going to find a new home,” said Charania.
Irving has the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, New York Knicks, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers and Dallas Mavericks on his list of potential teams.
Charania also reports that Kevin Durant is seriously mulling his future with the Nets.
“Kevin Durant has four years left on his contract with the Nets,” added Charania. “His future is very much up in the air. We’ll see where this goes.”
