On Friday night, Koby Altman, the President of Basketball Operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers, faced charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to a report from FOX 8’s I-Team.
In the video below, Altman attributed his loss of stability prior to his arrest in Cuyahoga County for driving under the influence to the arresting officer.
