As the trade deadline gets closer, NBA teams are engaging more and more in potential trade conversations.
According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, the Knicks and Jazz have had exploratory conversations about a trade that would send Obi Toppin, Evan Fournier and draft picks to Utah in exchange for Malik Beasley and Jarred Vanderbilt.
Fournier has been benched for the most part this season and has appeared in 21 games only. Meanwhile, Toppin has missed significant time due to an injury.
For their part, Beasley and Vanderbilt are playing significant parts for the Jazz.
