He will be limited during camp, and president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank is uncertain if he’ll be ready for the season opener. However, Frank expressed optimism about Leonard’s performance this season, noting that Leonard feels he’s improving.
Leonard struggled with right knee inflammation last season, missing the final eight regular-season games and part of the playoffs.
