The Clippers have been linked with several players ahead of the trade deadline. Superstar Kawhi Leonard would like the team add another point guard and he told that the front office.
Currently, there are three pure point guards on the roster – John Wall, Reggie Jackson and Jason Preston.
His former teammate in Toronto who were part of the 2019 championship team – Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet – have been mentioned as potential targets.

Kawhi Leonard has made it clear to the Clippers front office that he would welcome a point guard addition, and it’s no surprise that two of his former teammates on his championship Raptors team, Lowry and VanVleet, are on their short list of targets.
