Bridgeman, a former Bucks star, is set to receive a 15% discount as a “preferred limited partner” in the deal, which pegs the overall value of the Bucks at an impressive $4 billion, even after factoring in his discounted buy-in.
Bridgeman has a deep history with the Bucks, having played for Milwaukee during the first nine seasons of his professional basketball career, from 1975 to 1984.
