Boston Celtics’ stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown dismantled the Sacramento Kings on Friday night, combining to score 62 points in a 126-97 victory.
The duo also broke a franchise record for most 30+ point performances in the same game in one season (5), per StatMuse.

Tatum had 32 points, five rebounds, and four assists on 12-16 shooting from the field, 7-10 shooting from three, and 1-1 shooting from the line.
Brown had 30 points, three rebounds, and two steals on 11-18 shooting from the field, 3-5 shooting from three, and 5-8 shooting from the line.
“We’re much more upbeat, we’re having a lot more fun, and we’re winning,” Jayson Tatum said after the game, via the Celtics.
“Once you’re winning, that cures a lot of things.”
The Celtics have been winning quite a bit over the past two months; although they’ve cooled off a little at 8-3 since the all-star break.
Currently, The Celtics (43-28) sit in fourth-place in the Eastern Conference.
