Ja Morant set to testify in lawsuit

Morant’s father, Tee Morant, and Morant’s close friend Davonte Pack also will testify. Ja Morant was subpoenaed to testify in the weeks leading up to the hearing, but it was not clear at the time if he would take the stand. That was cleared up Friday during a scheduling hearing for the case when his attorney, Keenan Carter, said Morant would be present. The hearings will take place Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
