Ja Morant and the Grizzlies want fans to know if you’re in Memphis, you’re in their house, so they’re giving young fans a chance to come clean.
The Grizzlies announced kids 12 years old and under could exchange their Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, or any other player’s jerseys for a new Ja Morant or Jaren Jackson Jr. replica jersey and two tickets to the Memphis-Minnesota game Thursday.

The offer was made in light of Morant making headlines when he declined to dap up a young fan in a Warriors jersey in the closing minutes of the Grizzlies 116-108 win over Golden State.
After getting the shot and the foul, Morant went into the stand and gave some young fans an ice-cold stare down before walking away.
“It was disrespectful with the jersey on,” said Morant after the game. We in Memphis. It looked like he wanted to cheer with that jersey on. I apologize to him, but, in that moment, take the jersey off.
Morant said he would send the child a Memphis jersey, but then he and the Grizz decided to take it one step further and offer all young fans a chance to swap their opposing team jersey for Morant’s No.12 or Jackson Jr.’s No. 13.

Morant and the Grizzlies have been on a tear this season, winning their last ten games for a 29-14 record and third place in the Western Conference.
The second-year pro, who had an injury scare in November, is averaging 24.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 6.7 assists.
Memphis will take on the Minnesota Timberwolves Thursday at the FedEx Forum.
