In addition to guards LaMelo Ball and Terry Rozier, the Charlotte Hornets have placed big men Mason Plumlee and Jalen McDaniels in the NBA’s health and safety protocols for COVID-19.
As with Ball and Rozier, Plumlee and McDaniels will need to register two negative COVID tests in a 24-hour period to return. If not, they’ll miss a minimum of 10 days.
Plumlee has been the Hornets starting center in his first season with the team. McDaniels has emerged as a key backup forward in his third season.
