The Miami Heat have signed Summer League standouts Darius Days and Marcus Garrett to Two-Way contracts. To create the roster spaces for Days and Garrett, Miami waived Mychael Mulder and Javonte Smart from their Two-Way deals.
Days was a four-year player at LSU. He averaged 13.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals as a senior. While playing Summer League for the San Antonio Spurs, Days averaged 13.7 points and 10 rebounds in 21.9 minutes per game.
Garrett spent part of last season with Miami on a Two-Way deal. He had limited NBA playing time, but in the G League Garrett averaged 12.2 points, 7.7 points, 4.6 assists and 2.1 steals per game.
Mulder spent time with both the Heat and the Orlando Magic in the NBA last season. Smart split the year between Miami and the Milwaukee Bucks.
