Duke men’s basketball head coach Jon Scheyer hired Rachel Baker in a newly created general manager role for the program.
Baker’s position is described as helping players “enhance their personal and professional skillsets,” which includes overseeing NIL opportunities for players.
Baker previously spent eight years at Nike, working grassroots partnerships and event strategy for the Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL).
Baker also spent a year working with the NBA to rebrand the WNBA.
