Draymond Green is anticipated to rejoin the Golden State Warriors lineup on Monday for their game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Green sat out the last 16 games, initially due to a suspension that lasted 12 games for striking Jusuf Nurkic in the face on December 12.
The remaining four games were missed as Green focused on conditioning for his return.
His suspension was indefinite, and he had to undergo anger management therapy and address other concerns before being reinstated by the NBA.
His return involved collaboration between Green, the Warriors, the NBA, and the NBPA in formulating a comprehensive return-to-play plan.
