The Golden State Warriors have suffered some free agency losses, but the champs are reloading their bench. The Warriors have agreed to sign guard Donte DiVincenzo to a two-year, $9.3 million dollar contract. DiVincenzo reportedly has a player option for Year 2.
In recent days, the Warriors have lost Otto Porter Jr., Gary Payton II, Nemanja Bjelica and Juan Toscano-Anderson in free agency. Golden State did re-sign starting center Kevon Loney and now they add more scoring and shooting to their bench with DiVincenzo.
After missing the first half of last season while recovering from foot surgery, the 6-foot-4 guard was traded to the Sacramento Kings in a four-team deal at the trade deadline. DiVincenzo averaged 10.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.5 steals in 26 games with the Kings.
