It looks like there will be an extended wait amongst the Milwaukee Bucks fans regarding the anticipated season debut of Donte DiVincenzo.
Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium tweeted that the two-way guard has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols. After undergoing ankle surgery in June and taking his recovery process, he is now temporarily shelved once again along with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Wesley Matthews under the COVID-19 ordinance.
DiVincenzo won’t be able to play against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. He hasn’t played any game yet for the defending champs since the 2021 first-round playoffs.
