Spencer Dinwiddie provided insight into his preference for joining the Los Angeles Lakers over the Dallas Mavericks, using a metaphorical comparison.
He likened the decision to a scenario where a kid faces a bully, explaining that Dallas would be like a comforting mother saying, “It’s OK, baby,” while the Lakers represent a more assertive father insisting, “Nah, you better go out there and fight ’til you win.”
