Bronny James’ jersey from his NBA Summer League debut has sold for $38,400 at auction, significantly exceeding initial estimates, per Brooks Peck of The Athletic.
The jersey, auctioned by Sotheby’s as part of their “Summer League Selects” collection, was expected to bring between $6,000 and $10,000.
James wore the jersey during his debut game on July 6, 2024, where the Los Angeles Lakers faced the Sacramento Kings and lost 108-94. He scored four points on 2-for-9 shooting in 21 minutes of play.
