Brandon Clarke will miss the rest of this season after tearing his left Achilles.
Clarke is averaging 10 points per game on 65% shooting from the field this season.
Clarke signed a four-year, $52 million extension in October.
The Grizzlies will also be without Ja Morant for at least the next two games.
