Cleveland president Koby Altman was arrested for impaired driving on Friday and bodycam footage from that night has since been released.
Footage from Altman’s traffic stop was released, which shows the executive attempting to perform sobriety tests for the police officer that pulled him over.
The video shows Altman attempt the old walk-and-turn, as well as the one-leg stand and eye tests and hilariously blames the officers for messing up his attempts.

During the stop, officers say that Altman almost caused an accident and showed signs of impairment.
He explained to the officers that he was a Cleveland exec and told them he was tired after coming back from a trip overseas and also admitted he’d had a few drinks at a long dinner early in the night.
The exec was asked to submit a breathalyzer test but he refused, so was arrested for OVI (Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated.)
This all went down on Friday, and Altman turned 41 on Saturday, so not the best birthday present to wake up to.
He has since been charged with committing a marked lanes violation and operating a vehicle while impaired.
The Cavs exec’s attorney submitted a not guilty plea on his behalf in court on Tuesday.
“We are aware of an incident involving Cavaliers President of Basketball Operations Koby Altman,” the team said in a release to ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski on Saturday. “We are currently gathering more information and have no further comment at this time.”
Altman had served as the team’s general manager since 2017 but was promoted to president of basketball operations for the 2022 season.
He helped orchestrate one of the biggest trades of last summer when the Cavs landed Donovan Mitchell from the Utah Jazz.
