The Portland Trail Blazers are waiving veteran guard Ryan Arcidiacono and signing guard Jeenathan Williams out of the G League on a two-way contract.
The 6-foot-5 Williams averaged 12.4 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in the G League. Williams shot 52% from the field, including 43% on three-pointers.
