The Brooklyn Nets veteran forward Blake Griffin made his first appearance of this year’s playoffs and scored eight points in eight minutes of the Nets’ 109-103 Game 3 loss to the Boston Celtics on Saturday night.
“I’ve tried to stay ready at every moment,” Griffin said. “Most of the time it looks like you’re not going to play, you’re normally right. But they told me, and I was ready. But that’s just part of my job. It’s all of our jobs to stay ready. But it was great to be out there.”
