Defending champion Sigal Prishtina (Superliga) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 34-year old American 205cm forward Da’Quan Cook (college: St.Bonaventure), agency: BIG. Cook played last summer at La Societe Omnisport de l’Armee Abidjan in Ivorian National 1. In two Basketball Africa League games he recorded 9.5ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.0apg.
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America) in fifteen different countries. Cook has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Al-Hala), Bulgaria, Canada (The Storm and River Lions), China (Anhui Putianxingfa), Colombia (Cafeteros), France (Hyeres-Toulon), Kazakhstan (Barsy Atyrau), Morocco (FAR Rabat), Qatar (Al Khor), Saudi Arabia (Al Ansar and Al Nahda), Tunisia (JS Kairouan), United Kingdom, Dominican Republic (Titanes), NBA G League (Maine Celtics) and The Basketball Tournament (Tim Thomas P.).
He graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2012 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.

Da’Quan is a triple threat in the paint. Cook can score with back to bucket, Face and Shoot, or face and drive and finish at the rim. Great shooter anywhere on the floor including the 3 point shot.Good rebounder and shot blocker. Very fast in transition. Can Pick and Roll and Pick and Pop. Has 7′ 3″ wing span that creates steals in passing lanes. Good character on and off the floor.
