Matt Johnson II
USK Praha (NBL) signed American guard Matt Johnson II (188cm-86kg) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Johnson just graduated from N.Colorado (NCAA). He has played there for the last six years (Redshirt season as a freshman in 2017-18).
As a fifth-year senior last season, Johnson appeared in 31 games and averaged 12.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists. He shot 46.7% from the field, 34.9% from three and 85.1% from the free-throw line.
Johnson averaged double-digits in scoring four of his five seasons played for the Bears.
His Northern Colorado team was the regular season runner-up in Big Sky Conference in 2019 and 2020. During his career Johnson was named All-Big Sky Conference 3rd Team in 2021 and 2022.
