Yiftah Ziv
Coviran Granada (Liga Endesa) agreed terms with 28-year old Israeli international guard Yiftah Ziv (191cm-92kg-1995, agency: Avi Zilberman) for new 2023-24 season. Ziv has played for the last two years at M.Tel-Aviv in Israeli Winner League. In 32 games he had 6.9ppg, 2.8rpg, 3.3apg and 1.2spg last season. He helped them to win the league title and they also made it to the Cup final. Ziv also played 9 games in Euroleague where he recorded just 1.6ppg and 1.2apg. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
Ziv has been also a member of Israeli international program for some years. He has regularly played for Israeli senior team since 2016 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2015.
Ziv represented Israel at the World University Games in Napoli (Italy) four years ago. Ziv’s team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 6 games: 9.2ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.7apg, FGP: 62.5%, 3PT: 10.0%, FT: 55.6%.
He has played also professionally for other Israeli teams like Gilboa Galil, Ironi Nahariya, Maccabi Ashdod/Be’er Tuvia and Hapoel Kiryat Tivon/Megido. Ziv was voted to Israeli League All-Star Game in 2017, 2018 and 2022.
