The Second Stage in KLS just started. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Zlatibor on the court of OKK Beograd on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by OKK Beograd 91-76. OKK Beograd forced 20 Zlatibor turnovers. Croatian forward Andrija Jelavic (207-2004) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Canadian guard Stefan Miljenovic (190-2001, college: Slippery Rock) chipped in 17 points and 6 assists. Guard Aleksandar Ponjavic (200-1991) produced 11 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. OKK Beograd is looking forward to face Spartak in Subotica in the next round. Zlatibor will play at home against FMP BG and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another exciting game was played in Valjevo between Vojvodina NS and Metalac VL where Vojvodina NS beat Metalac VL on the road 80-76. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Nikola Gacesa (205-1987, college: TCU) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 8 rebounds. Nikola Pesakovic contributed with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Vojvodina NS’s coach Milos Isakov-Kovacevic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Center Uros Lukovic (213-1989) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds for Metalac VL. Vojvodina NS will play against Mega BG in Beograd in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Metalac VL will play at home against Borac CA and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An exciting game was played in Beograd. FMP BG faced Spartak. Host FMP BG defeated guests from Subotica 98-80. Beau Beech stepped up and scored 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. At the losing side Andrija Bojic responded with 22 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. FMP BG will meet Zlatibor in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Spartak will play against OKK Beograd and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

American Beau Beech (203-1994, college: UNF) stepped up and scored 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import point guard Charlie Moore (183-1998, college: Miami, FL) chipped in 8 points and 8 assists. At the losing side Andrija Bojic (208-1993) responded with 22 points and swingman Filip Barna (201-1999) scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
