It was a good game for guard Uldis Feldmanis (198-1996) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 5 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Point guard Kristaps Plavnieks (183-1995) contributed with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Jelgava players scored in double figures. Guard Arturs Grinbergs (190-1996) answered with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and center Arvis Savcenko (198-1991) added 10 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Kandava.
