Kormend shot 62.0 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-1993, college: Harvard) notched 26 points and 6 assists to lead the effort and the other American import guard Wendell Mitchell (190-1997, college: Texas A&M) supported him with 20 points. Even 19 points (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!) by Montenegrin forward Bojan Subotic (203-1990) did not help to save the game for Szolnok. American power forward Andre Williamson (203-1989, college: App State) added 15 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
