Luka Bozic (200-SF-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for Zadar and that’s him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 22.
The 26-year old had a double-double of 25 points and ten rebounds, while his team lost the game against FMP BG (#5, 13-9) 87-112. Zadar maintains the 7th position in ABA League . Zadar is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 12th lost game this season out of 22 games. Bozic turned to be Zadar’s top player in his first season with the team. Bozic has impressive league stats. He is in league’s top in points (2nd best: 22.8ppg), assists (7th best: 6.0apg) and averages solid 59.7% FGP.
The second most remarkable performance in last round’s games was young guard Dominik Mavra (195-G-1994) of Split. Mavra impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 20 points and 11 assists. Of course Split cruised to a 91-80 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Mornar (#11, 7-14). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Split keeps 9th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league’s best with a mere 9-13 record. Mavra is a newcomer at Split and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team’s leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.0ppg (#6). He also recorded 6.9 assists per game.
The third best performed player last round was American Charlie Moore (183-PG-1998) of FMP BG (#5). Moore got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He was a key player of FMP BG, leading his team to a 112-87 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Zadar (#7, 10-12). FMP BG needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 9 lost games. Moore has a very solid season. In 4 games in ABA League he scored 20.3ppg.

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
