Important game to mention about took place in Revda. Third ranked TSU (18-5) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 4th placed Khimki (16-8) 67-65 in the fight for the third place. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Khimki. Forward Ilya Karpenko (204-1997) nailed 9 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and Dmitriy Arteshin accounted for 7 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Dmitriy Nezvankin (187-1993) came up with 14 points for Khimki in the defeat. Novosybirsk managed to beat Irkut on the road 74-69. Rusichi K. was defeated by Kupol-Rodniki on its own court 97-99. Bottom-ranked Lok.Kuban was smashed by Zenit-2 in Saint Petersburg 85-64. Irkut destroyed Barnaul at home 102-57. Khimki managed to outperform Univ.Surgut on the opponent’s court 77-72. Dinamo V. managed to beat Novosybirsk in a home game 76-65.
