Defending champion maintains second position with 13-4 record having just one point less than leader Peja. Vellaznimi lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fifth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Bashkimi. Ylli will play against Trepca (#4) in Mitrovice in the next round. Vellaznimi will play on the road against Prizreni and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Prizreni maintains seventh position with 6-10 record. Rahoveci lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 16 games lost. Prizreni will meet at home higher ranked Vellaznimi (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Rahoveci will play against Prishtina and hope to secure a win.

In the last two games of round 18 Bashkimi was defeated by Prishtina in a road game 86-68. Bottom-ranked Rahoveci lost to defending champion Ylli at home 70-99.
