American Taveion Hollingsworth (188-G-1999) put on an amazing game in the last round for Dubrava and that’s him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 23-year old guard had a double-double of 30 points and thirteen rebounds, while his team lost the game against Oberwart (#3, 2-4) 76-85. The game was between two of the league’s top four teams. Dubrava moved-up to the 4th position in Alpe-Adria-Cup. The season is still in it’s early stage, so the team may have a chance to improve their current position in the standings. They lost 5 games and had just one victory. In the team’s last game Hollingsworth had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be Dubrava’s top player in his first season with the team. Western Kentucky University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Hollingsworth is in league’s top in points (4th best: 18.2ppg), rebounds (9th best: 7.3rpg) and averages solid 56.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round’s games was young Serbian power forward Sreten Knezevic (206-F/C-1994) of Olomoucko. Knezevic impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as Olomoucko lost that game 69-78 to slightly higher-ranked Ilirija (#3, 3-3). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Olomoucko still maintains its place in the top 4 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team is not often considered as one of the league’s best with a mere 2-4 record. Knezevic is well-known by Olomoucko fans and he already established his position as one of team’s most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Brad Greene (210-C-1998) of Kapfenberg (#4). Greene scored 25 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Kapfenberg, leading his team to a 86-78 win against #3 ranked Skrljevo. Kapfenberg can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-5 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Greene has individually a great season in Alpe-Adria-Cup. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league’s leaders in points with 19.0ppg (3rd best) and rebounds with 11.0rpg (#1 in league).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
