Former international Point guard Gustav Hansson (185-PG-1995) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Umea, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 27-year old player was the main contributor (38 points, three rebounds and three assists) to his team’s victory, helping them to crush BC Lulea (#3, 8-5) with 17-point margin 99-82. The game was between two of the league’s top four teams. Umea maintains the 2nd position in Swedish Basketligan. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Umea will need more victories to improve their 9-3 record. In the team’s last game Hansson had a remarkable 73.3% from 2-point range. It’s his second year at Umea and it’s hard to imagine this team without him. Gustav Hansson has solid league stats. He is league’s best scorer averaging so far 25.3ppg and is league’s best passer with 7.6apg. Hansson
The second best player in last round’s games was young American Jamaure Gregg (201-F-1999) of Kalmar. Gregg had a very good evening with a double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds. Of course he led Kalmar to another comfortable win 84-68 over Fryshuset (#11, 0-10) being unquestionably team leader. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Kalmar keeps 10th position. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Kalmar managed to get this year. Gregg is a newcomer at Kalmar, but is already one of team’s top players.
Third on the list of top players last round was international Adam Ramstedt (206-SF-1995) of Norrkoping (#4). Ramstedt showcased his all-around game by recording 18 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the last round. Despite Ramstedt’s great performance Norrkoping lost 81-92 to #3 ranked BC Lulea. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Norrkoping needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 6 victories and 3 lost games. Ramstedt has a great season in Sweden. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league’s leaders in rebounds with 6.7rpg (8th best).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
