It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Koping Stars. Boras dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Koping Stars’ 28. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Ryan Logan (200-1994, college: Stonehill) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Anton Cook (189-1995, college: SE Oklahoma) contributed with 26 points and 5 assists for the winners. Power forward Quatarrius Wilson (203-1996, college: SEMO) replied with 14 points and 7 rebounds for Koping Stars. Undefeated Boras have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-0 record. Koping Stars at the other side dropped to the third place with three games lost. Boras are looking forward to face league’s second-placed BC Lulea on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Koping Stars will play against Norrkoping and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Fryshuset is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fifth consecutive match to ninth ranked Uppsala (2-6) 95-77. Even a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds by Jamaure Gregg did not help to save the game for Kalmar. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Jamtland moved-up to seventh place. Newly promoted Kalmar still closes the standings with eight games lost. Jamtland will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kalmar will play against Fryshuset (#10) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.

In the last two games of round 10 Nassjo was beaten by BC Lulea on the road 76-63. Umea won against Norrkoping on its own court 77-71.

BC Lulea – Nassjo 76-63

No shocking result in a game when third ranked BC Lulea (6-2) beat at home 6th ranked Nassjo (3-3) 76-63 on Friday. BC Lulea dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Nassjo’s 28. Belgian-American forward Michael Gilmore (208-1995, college: VCU) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and point guard Jonatan Arvidsson (184-1998, college: E.Wyoming) supported him with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Five BC Lulea players scored in double figures. Even 18 points by American guard Derreck Brooks Jr (198-1994, college: Cent Arkansas) did not help to save the game for Nassjo.
